Software Support

 Obviously our aim has been to keep cots as low as possible to enable as many pupils as possible to have access to a top notch VOCA. So to keep our machine at a reasonable price we haven’t got people manning the phone lines 24hrs a day  to help you with software difficulties. Clearly you can ring

if you have any problems with the hardware.

 

We think that the software is so self explanatory that you won’t need to much help anyway but what we hope to do as the Q-talk community develops is to offer a range of video tutorials on this site to guide those new to programming through. We always recommend that you programme on a PC first and then transfer to the Q-talk. It’s just easier that way, however you can programme on the machine if you need to. The editor suite comes ready installed on the Q-talk and on a separate disk for you to install on the PC.
